What will your functions? Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de importación.Seguimiento de los tráficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas.Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, envío y/o recepción de la mercancía de los clientes.Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes.Prestar apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación.

What are we looking for? Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de importación.Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa y/o de Comercio Internacional.Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise.Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
