What will your functions be?
- Gestión completa y seguimiento de los expedientes de tráfico asignados (exportación marítima).
- Contacto con navieras-compañías, proveedores, etc.
- Atención a clientes y agentes.
- Seguimiento de embarques/cargas.
- Resolución de incidencias.
- Cotizaciones y facturación.
What are we looking for?
- Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de exportación.
- Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa y/o de Comercio Internacional.
- Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
- Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise.
- Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
