About the Role Slalom is seeking a Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, adapt them to the needs of the organisation and team, and coach high-performing, self-organising teams. Working closely with the Product Owner, you will help provide a clear vision and ensure the team commits to realistic product increments. What You'll Do
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, adapting them to the needs of the organisation and the team.
- Coach teams to collaborate efficiently, organise their work, and make realistic commitments that yield reliable product increments.
- Partner with Product Owner to provide clear vision and direction; mentor the Product Owner in informed product decision-making and strong product ownership practices.
- Drive alignment with Product Owners and stakeholders to secure buy-in and successful outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across technical teams and business functions within global organisations; resolve conflicts and foster a customer-focused approach in fast-paced environments. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Technology Product or Service Delivery.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Agile Certification (CSM, PSM) desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one complimentary Agile practice (Kanban or Lean Startup).
- Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) as well as waterfall frameworks (PRINCE2 or PMP).
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum; skilled facilitator and coach.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders; collaborative and influential communicator.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Nice to Have
- Experience operating in global organisations and international teams.
