About the Role Accenture Flex offers you the flexibility of local fixed-duration project-based work powered by Accenture, a leading global professional services company. In this Scrum Master role, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and act as a servant leader to help drive business transformation for leading organizations. Accenture Flex employees work onsite in their local metro area to reduce travel, and this role requires 3-4 days per week onsite in Plano, TX, with CTA (contractor time away) 5 days per quarter as mandated by the client. What You'll Do

- 5+ years of work experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills

- Hourly range: $50-$53 per hour (USD)
