About the Role
Valce Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise to lead Agile teams in delivering high quality products through Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure adherence to SAFe frameworks, remove impediments, and enable continuous improvement across teams and programs.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Guide teams in applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe guidelines.
- Ensure teams maintain sprint commitments, velocity tracking, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Support estimation, PI Planning, story splitting, and capacity planning.
- What We're Looking For
- 6–12 years of experience as Scrum Master or related role.
- Strong SAFe Agile expertise.
- Experience leading Agile teams across Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable continuous improvement.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners on backlog refinement, estimation, PI Planning, and capacity planning.
