Our enterprise client has an immediate opening for an experienced Scrum Master to support a global enterprise environment.

Hybrid and Contract to possible hire in 2027

location: Bridgewater, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: 65 - 77 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors

Lead and support Agile/Scrum teams through the project lifecycle.
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
Coordinate across Development, Infrastructure, QA, Production Support, Security, and Business teams.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
Remove obstacles and help teams stay focused on delivery goals.
Track project progress, milestones, and release timelines.
Support production releases, deployment readiness, and post-production stabilization.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban best practices.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams.

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent.
4+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with business, application development, infrastructure, and production support teams.
Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background in software development or technology delivery.
Experience in Insurance or Financial Services organizations.
