About the Role The Scrum Master Junior will support agile teams in Casablanca, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and helping implement agile practices as Babel drives its digital transformation plan. The role focuses on removing blockers, improving collaboration, and tracking progress to enable successful delivery within the company’s Hyperspace 2029 strategy. What You'll Do
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, reviews, retros)
- Support the team in applying Agile methods
- Remove obstacles and facilitate communication
- Track project progress and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams What We're Looking For
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 in computer science, project management, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- First experience in project management or IT environment is a plus
