Impulsar la autonomía operativa del equipo, asegurando un funcionamiento estable y sostenible en el día a día. Facilitar y estructurar ceremonias ágiles como Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review y Retrospectiva. Mantener, reforzar y velar por la dinámica ágil del equipo, actuando como referente metodológico.
