Scrum Master - French

About the Role Quantiphi is seeking a Scrum Master for Montreal, QC to guide agile teams through scrum ceremonies, migration projects, and cloud journeys. This role focuses on facilitation, risk management, and team enablement to deliver sustainable, high-velocity outcomes in an AI-first environment.

What You'll Do

• Agile Facilitation: Champion and facilitate all scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring they are productive, time-boxed, and aligned with team goals.
• Migration Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the agile squad and application owners; conduct readiness assessments, identify remediation needs, track blockers to ensure smooth migrations.
• Team Enablement: Coach the team on agile principles, promote transparency, support sustainable delivery rhythm.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and surface risks, dependencies; maintain risk registers; develop mitigation plans.
• Process & Tooling Integrity: Ensure accuracy of artifacts (Jira boards, dashboards, sprint reports); assist with documentation, backlog structuring, and materials for program reviews.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with strong experience in agile environments.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile delivery principles.
• Experience coordinating technical projects, preferably migrations from data centers to cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, dashboards, reporting KPIs.
• At least one foundational cloud certification (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, collaborative and supportive demeanor.

Nice to Have

• Experience on a large-scale business transformation or cloud migration program.
• Ability to shift between agile facilitation and hands-on coordination tasks.
