Scrum Master

About the Role Join Babel as a Scrum Master in Casablanca to drive Agile adoption across teams, ensure Scrum practices are followed, and help deliver projects within the banking/finance domain. You will facilitate ceremonies, coordinate sprint planning and workshops, and support teams in scaling their Agile capabilities. You’ll work within Babel’s international environment, partnering with product and delivery teams to enable successful digital transformation initiatives. What You'll Do

• Ensure adherence to SCRUM methodology and facilitate the necessary rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Coordinate sprint planning and task tracking within the SCRUM framework.
• Facilitate workshops, plan working sessions, and document minutes.
• Plan and track sprints; create and monitor KPIs; leverage Agile tools; manage projects with POL (Microsoft Project Online).
• Mentor and upskill teams; contribute to at least three projects; ensure deliverables are well-documented and aligned with Agile practices. What We're Looking For
• Banking/financial services knowledge.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to create and follow KPIs; proficient with Agile/project management tools; Microsoft Project Online (POL).
• Education: Bac+5 minimum in computer science, project management, or equivalent.
• Scrum certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role within Agile teams.
• Participation in at least three projects. Nice to Have
