About the Role The Scrum Master will lead project planning and execution within Schneider Electric's Busway LEAGUE, coordinating cross-functional resources and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. This role focuses on Agile project management in a manufacturing setting and requires effective communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, with reporting to the Project Steering Committee.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for overall planning, organization, implementation and control of the project; formulate detailed project plans and ensure their effective implementation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources (including cross-functional departments, clients, suppliers, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Monitor project progress, cost and quality; identify potential risks in a timely manner, and formulate and implement risk response strategies.
- Organize project meetings and timely communicate project progress, problems and solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage the project team, motivate team members, improve teamwork, and ensure the completion of project objectives.
- Be responsible for project acceptance, summary and archives, and summarize project experience to inform future projects.
- Present project status in the Project Steering Committee (PSC) at project stage gates.
What We're Looking For
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include project management, engineering management, business administration, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, with successful experience in leading large projects.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is preferred.
- Professional Skills: Master project management knowledge (PMBOK) and Agile Practice; familiar with project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.); holding PMP, PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certificates is preferred.
- Comprehensive Qualities: Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills; strong leadership and team management ability; good logical thinking and problem-solving ability; able to work under pressure and deal with complex situations.

- Familiar with industry-related policies, standards or technologies is preferred.
