INTRODUCTION

We’re looking for a Lead Investment Advisor to join the Foundations Team, supporting foundation relationships across Canada through thoughtful investment advice, strong service, and a client-first approach. In this role, you’ll help onboard foundation clients, ensure investment strategies are aligned to their objectives, and work closely with internal partners to deliver a seamless experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Provide a high level of service to foundation clients by responding to inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver sound investment advice aligned to each foundation’s objectives, risk profile, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the onboarding of new foundation relationships and maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients, trading authorities, donors, and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships, grow assets, and connect clients with appropriate Scotia partners.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and helping maintain a strong client service culture.
