About the Role Join Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser as a Wealth Manager in Montreal. The Wealth Manager is a senior, non‑registered relationship manager and trusted advisor to high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, delivering holistic wealth management solutions and coordinating with the CRIA team to provide an integrated client experience. This role operates in alignment with Scotiabank’s values, code of conduct, and regulatory and risk‑management requirements. What You'll Do

  • Develop a growth plan that includes prospecting, networking, and deepening existing relationships to attract new HNW/UHNW clients and consolidate assets from existing clients.
  • Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and follow up on referral opportunities.
  • Represent SJF at community, professional, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with Wealth, Commercial, Retail, and other partners, including COIs, to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with Regional Director/Market Lead to analyze market opportunities and develop appropriate business development, referral and partner‑inclusive strategies.
  • Partner with the Wealth Management Consultants in the business acquisition process.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Lead ongoing wealth conversations to understand clients’ goals, circumstances, and needs.
  • Coordinate with the CRIA team, who will act as Registrant to all clients & prospects of the Wealth Manager. What We're Looking For
  • Experience in business development and prospecting for HNW/UHNW clients, with ability to attract new prospects and consolidate assets from existing clients.
  • Ability to maintain a robust prospect pipeline and follow up on referral opportunities.
  • Capacity to represent SJF at community, professional, and industry events and to collaborate with Wealth, Commercial, Retail and other partners, including COIs, to identify new opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration with leadership to analyze market opportunities and develop growth strategies; experience partnering with Wealth Management Consultants in the acquisition process.
  • Proven ability to build strong, long‑term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and to lead ongoing wealth conversations.
  • Coordination experience with internal teams (e.g., CRIA) to deliver integrated client experiences.
