Job title: SCIF Construction Specialist
About the Role Cape Fox Corporation seeks a qualified professional with active TS/SCI clearance to perform construction-related duties with a focus on SCI/SCIF construction and security requirements within the National Capital Region. The role requires experience in construction or security related to SCIF, knowledge of security standards, and ability to apply IC/DoD classification guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Support SCIF construction and related security tasks across multiple NCR sites.
- Apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and ICD/ICS-705 procedures.
- Maintain compliance with standard division of construction practices and CST training requirements.
- Collaborate with security and facilities teams to ensure secure, compliant facilities.
What We're Looking For
- Active TS/SCI clearance, and either a current CI Polygraph or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
- Minimum five (5) years construction experience or equivalent (security-focused) experience, with at least two (2) years SCIF construction or physical security.
- Knowledgeable of and able to apply sixteen (16) standard division of construction.
- Valid CST Training Course certificate (40 hours or more).
- Ability to perform extended physical activities (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, etc.).
- Knowledge of IC/DoD classification guidelines and ICD/ICS-705.
- Experience in construction trades (electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc.).
- Flexibility to work at multiple NCR sites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $49.09 per hour up to 40 hours/week (base $44 + $5.09 Health & Welfare per hour) under Service Contract Labor Standards.
