Scientist Internship

About the Role The Scientist Internship at P&G provides hands-on experimentation and data analysis to support innovation for leading brands such as SK-II, Olay, Gillette, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Joy and Vicks. Interns apply science/engineering knowledge to tackle real-life technical problems, develop proficiency in standardized experimentation and data analysis, and deliver outputs that address critical milestones across multiple disciplines. What You'll Do

• Conduct hands-on experimentation and data analysis to solve technical problems and drive innovation for global brands.
• Develop proficiency in standardized experimentation and scientific methods by applying principles from your science/engineering education.
• Work on real-life technical problems to deliver outputs addressing critical innovation challenges and milestones across Formulation, Product Research, Product Design/Development, Technology Development, Microbiology/Biosciences, Analytical & Measurement Sciences, Process Development, Packaging Development, Regulatory Affairs, Modeling & Simulation, Engineering/Automation/Robotics, and Data Science/Data Engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders across cultures and levels. What We're Looking For
• Currently a student graduating in or between Jan 2027 and Jul 2028 of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Materials Sciences & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, IT or related fields.
• Available for 6 months' duration on a full-time basis and able to join in January 2027.
• Strong ownership and self-leadership to understand business objectives and deliver outcomes.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to connect ideas and develop solutions.
