About the Role
At EVERSANA, we seek a skilled scientific content designer to support the Global Medical Affairs team in delivering high quality, value-driven services to clients. This role focuses on creating engaging medical content based on client requirements and inputs from the medical content development team, across multiple projects. You will help develop innovative content such as SRDs, FAQs, newsletters, infographics, posters, abstracts, manuscripts, training decks, and digital content, including interactive PDFs and graphics, while contributing to templates and style guides.
What You'll Do

Support Global Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Medical Communication, and Medical Content Development teams in delivering high-quality content for clients requiring medical content development services.

Provide graphic design support for medical and scientific materials (SRDs, Interactive SRDs, newsletters, FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, congress materials, training resources).

Collaborate closely with medical writers and content developers to meet client design requirements efficiently.

Assist in creating and updating SOPs, checklists, templates, and style guides.

Support leadership in developing innovative posters, flyers, and slide decks for conferences such as DIA.

Stay knowledgeable of industry best practices and support evaluating new technologies to improve efficiency and material quality.

Work collaboratively with other medical writers and creative teams across EVERSANA.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in sciences, plus a certificate/diploma in Graphic Design or Fine Arts.

Language: English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Experience/Training: 5+ years of proven scientific content design experience; proven experience with SRDs, FAQs, newsletters, abstracts/posters/manuscripts, training slide decks, and related materials; portfolio of infographics, interactive PDFs, and digital content for pharma/healthcare.

Design skills: Proficiency with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD, 3D Studio Max (or similar design tools); knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and medical illustration principles.

Attributes: Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail; excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to summarize complex results and establish credibility with diverse audiences; ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and staff.
