About the Role The Scientific Affairs Manager will lead the development and execution of engagement strategies and plans to enhance understanding of PMI's scientific position among stakeholders. The role involves navigating policy discussions and regulatory environments through effective external engagement. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of market-specific engagement strategies and plans to increase understanding and interest among stakeholders.
- Drive the creation of external engagement materials showcasing scientific evidence and support policy submissions; lead internal education and training programs to ensure effective communication of scientific topics to external audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, including with sustainability and regulatory teams, to align scientific initiatives with broader business and policy objectives. What We're Looking For

- Ability to operate in a dynamic, international environment with external engagement and policy discussions.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating complex scientific topics to external audiences.
