About the Role
Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech, LLC is seeking a highly organized Special Security Technician to act as a non-personal services SCI PERSEC Program Specialist. This role provides personnel and information security support for the COMPACFLT SCI PERSEC Program and coordinates 24/7 security operations to protect classified information and personnel in accordance with DoD/IC directives. A valid driver’s license is required.
What You'll Do

Assist with all PERSEC actions in support of the COMPACFLT SCI PERSEC Program, including in/out-processing, NDAs, indoctrinations/debriefings, SCI eligibility nominations, polygraph requests, and foreign travel forms.

Process incoming/outgoing VARs and clearance certifications within three business days; manage and issue security access badges per local policy.

Support high-profile visits and command travel by coordinating PERSEC actions (access, badges, message traffic).

Maintain all electronic and hardcopy SCI personnel security files with 98% accuracy; input data into DISS; establish security relationships; prepare and deliver security status reports, personnel rosters, and access badge lists to government leadership.

Immediately notify the government SSO and SSR PERSEC Lead upon receipt of any derogatory, conflicting, or questionable data; adjudication remains governmental.

Provide INFOSEC support: process courier requests; maintain accountability database; assist with destruction of SCI/classified materials; process security incidents and draft reports.

Support SETA: deliver initial newcomer orientation briefs and security training; coordinate with government security staff to integrate foreign partners and brief visitors on security procedures.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; minimum three (3) years PERSEC/SSO support in a SCIF environment.

Proficiency with DISS, Scattered Castles, M3, and Microsoft Office; Lenel Access Control Systems experience preferred.

In-depth knowledge of DoD/IC security programs, including ICDs and NISPOM; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; high attention to detail.

Prior security patrols, alarm response, or law enforcement experience desirable.

Ability to remain calm under pressure; strong organizational and time management skills; valid driver's license.

Active TS/SCI clearance and US work authorization per IRCA 1986.
