About this role
Job title: Scholarship Opportunities Program (2026-2027)
About the Role Overview of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund scholarship program for the 2026-2027 cycle, including viewing scholarship overviews, eligibility requirements, and the general application process. Open scholarships are listed as tiles on the TMCF site; you can view details by clicking each tile.
What You'll Do Open scholarships are listed on the TMCF website; click individual tiles to view the overview and eligibility. Log into the TMCF Scholarship Portal and create a Student Profile if you do not already have one. Apply to matched scholarships via your dashboard. Submit all required materials for each selected scholarship. Check the Scholarship Portal dashboard regularly for status updates. If you have a high-school email account, use a personal email; for current students, use the email you check most often; do not create multiple accounts. You may be asked to upload a video; use YouTube or Vimeo with a public link and ensure the video is accessible.
What We're Looking For A general application submitted via the TMCF Scholarship Portal. The system will automatically review your information to generate a list of scholarships you are eligible to apply for. Ensure all details in your general application are accurate before submitting; modifications cannot be made afterward. Applying does not guarantee approval. Applicants are encouraged to apply for all eligible scholarships; however, an academic year typically allows consideration for one scholarship per student, and multiple scholarships are not guaranteed. Review scholarship-specific eligibility and the list of TMCF member schools on the website. An application cannot be edited after submission. Video guidelines: upload via YouTube or Vimeo; provide a working public link for review.
