About the Role The Schlosser role supports Precision Castparts' maintenance team by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in a safe and productive manner. This position helps ensure equipment reliability aligns with safety and maintenance processes to support the site’s business goals.
What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment following safety, predictive, and productive maintenance programs
- Operate within safety standards and participate in performance reviews and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support the site’s business goals
- Be available for a 4-day workweek schedule with potential overtime as needed
