Schematics & Apparatus Technician - Sahagun, HID, MX

You'll contribute to designing and developing advanced schematics and apparatus that drive the future of rail transportation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, production, and quality assurance), ensure compliance with technical standards, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Developing and reviewing electrical schematics for rail systems.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical apparatus seamlessly.
• Conducting technical analysis and feasibility studies for proposed designs.
• Supporting the development of innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Reviewing and validating supplier documentation for apparatus components.
• Providing technical support to manufacturing and testing teams.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in all deliverables.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of engineering tools and technologies.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as industry standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience or understanding of schematics design and apparatus integration in engineering projects.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze complex engineering challenges.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Fluent Coversational English ( required )
