What we’re looking for
On this position you will be working as an Schematics & Apparatus Leader being responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating a team of engineers
- Managing electrical schematics and apparatus project activities
- Planning and managing project workload and priorities
- Ensuring on-time and high-quality engineering deliverables
- Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring outsourced activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and industrial teams
- Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in team leadership and project coordination
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and apparatus design
- Experience with Electrical CAD tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments
- Fluent English
