Job title: Scheduling Platform Specialist
About the Role A role focused on communicating and enabling adoption of Jump's meeting scheduling platform for financial advisors. You'll help articulate how scheduling windows, calendar sync, reminders, and integrations drive efficiency and compliance for advisory firms.
What You'll Do
- Draft and refine messaging and use cases based on the platform features: booking windows, calendar sync, automated reminders, Zoom/Teams integration, and branded booking pages.
- Collaborate with product and sales to create demos and trial experiences (sign-up, trial, and onboarding processes).
- Support customers in understanding how to consolidate meeting workflows within Jump and reduce vendor friction.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or financial services tech is beneficial.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and ROI.
- Strong communication, presentation, and demo skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Calendly or OnceHub and knowledge of advisory industry is a plus.
