Scheduler

About the Role The Scheduler at Louisiana Bridge Builders supports technical planning of major infrastructure projects, coordinating scheduling and means of production to meet deadlines and external constraints. This role involves integrating information from designers, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to create a master schedule and communicate project status. What You'll Do

• Monitor the project planning, resource analysis, functional integration and forecast and trend analysis.
• Review schedules and prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and findings of analysis.
• Monitor progress during construction and re-programming if required.
• Integrate information from designers, construction, subcontractors, and suppliers to create a master schedule.
• Coordinate between areas and departments to elaborate a realistic schedule.
• Prepare detailed construction programs in Primavera P6. Prepare the narrative. Presentation/dissemination of planning/programming philosophy.
• Produce Cost Forecast and earned value management process.
• Monitor continuously all project problems and respond to issues as they arise. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's in civil engineering with 6+ years scheduling experience using Primavera P6, or HS plus 10+ years; strong scheduling, reporting, communication, and computer skills.
• Technical tools: Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite.
