HIRING: APPOINTMENT SETTER
Full-Time | Work From Home | AU Morning Shift
Earn PHP 40K/month + Uncapped Commissions

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of solid, hands-on experience in B2B appointment setting (not cumulative).

Experience in selling services, software, or SaaS is a big plus!

A natural conversation starter and closer who can connect with decision-makers.

A go-getter with grit, confidence, and a hunger to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Dialing & connecting: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Scale-X Solutions.

Qualifying leads: Identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers.

Booking appointments: Get our Business Development Managers in front of the right people.

Smashing targets: Meet (or better yet, exceed) your daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.

Keeping records: Update the CRM with accurate details after every call.

Working smart: Collaborate with the team to fine-tune our outreach strategies.
