SAPUI5 Developer (m/f/d)

About the Role Join FUCHS as SAPUI5 developer (m/f/d) for frontend and backend (OData Services / CDS-Views) environments as part of the global SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will coordinate with developers, analysts, and designers to conceptualize and develop new SAP software programs and applications, ensure quality, and contribute to the ongoing improvement and documentation of SAP software. What You'll Do

• Coordinate and assist other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new SAP software programs and applications as part of the global SAP S/4 HANA roll out project.
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of SAP software requirements and specifications.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform SAP software improvements and upgrades.
• Consistently write, translate, and code SAP software programs and applications according to specifications.
• Run and monitor SAP software performance tests on new and existing programs for debugging, improvements, and error correction.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to identify and fix bugs and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support implementation of automated testing procedures to validate functionality and performance.
• Provide regular status reports on software quality to management and stakeholders.
• Generate statistics and prepare/write reports on the programming process status.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
• Be the SAPUI5 developer (m/f/d) for frontend and backend (OData Services / CDS-Views) environments.
• Liaise with Global Process Owners, Global ERP Leads, network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to resolve problems with SAP software products or company SAP software systems.
• Manage and/or provide guidance to junior SAP developers and external AMS companies. What We're Looking For
• College diploma or university degree in computer science or software engineering, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Working technical knowledge of SAP programming languages, including ABAP, as well as certifications in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong knowledge of Fiori Apps and BTP.
• Experience in leading and managing software developers and working with SAP enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience in integrated development environments, including SAP development tools.
• Solid knowledge of current Internet technologies, including SAP Web technologies.
• Hands-on SAP software troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and security.
• Familiarity with SAP software development methodologies.
• Business fluency in English; German is advantageous. Nice to Have
