About the Role EY's SAP Techno Functional Data Migration Manager will lead SAP data migration initiatives within EY Global Delivery Services, coordinating business and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely and secure migration of data into SAP environments. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects from requirements gathering through cutover, validation and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP functional consultants and technical teams to design and implement data migration strategies, mappings and transformation rules.
- Manage data cleansing, mapping, quality controls, reconciliation and data governance activities.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks and communications for global stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and EY governance standards. -Provide clear status reporting and issue resolution to senior leadership. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering SAP data migration projects, with techno-functional involvement across business and IT.
- Strong knowledge of SAP data structures, migration tools (e.g., LSMW, SAP Data Migration Cockpit) and ETL concepts.
- Experience in data cleansing, mapping, validation and data quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work across regions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant SAP certifications are a plus. Nice to Have
- Experience in global delivery environments (e.g., EY GDS) and SAP S/4HANA migrations.
