Description: Bei Diehl arbeiten Sie an innovativen SAP-Themen, betreuen SAP-Systeme (on premise und in der Cloud) und verstehen sich als Ansprechpartner für Anwender bei technischen Fragestellungen. Sie monitoren SAP BTP Cloud-Lösungen, führen eigenverantwortlich 2nd-Level-Supporttätigkeiten im SAP Basis Umfeld durch und begleiten Kundenprojekte von Systeminstallationen bis zu Systemupgrades. Abschluss- und Prozessdokumentationen runden Ihre Aufgaben ab.
Was Sie tun werden:
- Betreuen und überwachen SAP-Systeme (on premise und Cloud) sowie SAP BTP Cloud-Lösungen
- Ansprechpartner für Anwender bei technischen Fragestellungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von 2nd-Level-Supporttätigkeiten für SAP Basis
- Begleitung von Kundenprojekten inkl. Systeminstallationen und Systemupgrades
