SAP Solution Architect

About the Role As SAP Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving SAP solutions within the Parts Logistics domain, with SAP EWM and logistics processes as central focus areas. You will work in a complex international SAP landscape where Scania Parts Logistics operates SAP EWM S/4HANA solutions across multiple warehouses worldwide. The environment combines large-scale logistics operations, cross-functional SAP integrations and ongoing transformation initiatives, creating a challenging and dynamic architectural context.You will contribute to the definition and execution of the IT roadmap, support architectural decision-making and ensure alignment with Scania standards and guidelines. In close collaboration with functional teams, business representatives and the Scania SAP Center of Excellence, you will help secure a stable, scalable and future-oriented SAP landscape.The role combines strategic solution architecture with hands-on collaboration across projects and operational initiatives. You will coordinate and lead cross-functional activities, support solution design discussions and guide teams in the implementation of sustainable SAP solutions.A key focus area for the coming years will be the integration of SAP solutions with warehouse automation and emerging digital capabilities within the Scania logistics landscape. What You'll Do

• Define and execute the IT roadmap for SAP solutions within Parts Logistics, focusing on SAP EWM and S/4HANA integrations
• Support architectural decision-making and ensure alignment with Scania standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with functional teams, business representatives and the SAP Center of Excellence to secure a stable, scalable SAP landscape
• Lead cross-functional activities, participate in solution design discussions and guide implementation teams
• Manage and coordinate multiple SAP projects and transformation initiatives
• Focus on integration with warehouse automation and emerging digital capabilities in Scania's logistics landscape What We're Looking For
• At least 7 years of SAP experience
• Strong experience in SAP EWM and related logistics integrations
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP technologies
• Knowledge of MM, SD or TM
• Experience with SAP Fiori-based warehouse solutions and user-centric logistics processes (advantage)
• Experience working in complex international environments
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and management across domains
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to share knowledge
• Experience with warehouse automation, SAP BTP, analytics or emerging digital technologies (advantage)
• Knowledge of spare parts logistics processes (strong plus)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred Nice to Have
