Job title: SAP Senior Analyst - SAP BW/BI

About the Role The SAP BW Analyst, BI will deliver SAP BW development and support for SAP ECC and BW Production systems, coordinating with ABAP, BI, and data teams across Owens & Minor and Accendra Health to enable reliable BI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Around 8-10 years of techno-functional experience with SAP BW/BI including 7.3 and 7.5 versions.
• SAP BW architectural understandings of 7.x BW and strong BW-related Financial Functional background (Finance, Controlling, Logistics, SD).
• LSA Architecture expertise on BW 7.x; extensive support experience in SAP BW 7.x.
• Deep BW modeling, ETL, BEx reports, performance optimization, and data load monitoring.
• Analyze and design; write technical specs; configure and ABAP programming in SAP BW; testing and implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP BI Content extractors from ECC (ECC 6.0), object dependencies and tables.
• Reconcile ECC data with BW data; extensive experience with data reconciliation.
• 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft PowerBI; designing reports, dashboards, and performance tuning.
• Experience with extractors (LO Cockpit, FI/CO, SD, Flat Files).
• ABAP knowledge for SAP BW enhancements; strong communication and teamwork.
• On-site / offshore coordination in resolving tickets; SAP Functional knowledge (FICO, SD, MM).
• Capable of designing and delivering technical training; developing BW solutions (BW 7.x).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic CPI-DS integration knowledge to IBP and BW; flexible with regional/global teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned by technical leads.
