About the Role SAP Security & GRC Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP security roles within SAP ECC environments, focusing on role design, access governance, and compliance across landscapes. This role requires collaboration with functional and ABAP teams to translate requirements into secure access structures and support change management.

What You'll Do

• 5–6 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC with hands-on experience in SAP ECC.
• Technical role focusing on user and authorization management for SAP systems.
• Design of SAP security roles and remediation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Review critical and sensitive authorizations to ensure compliance.
• Ensure high level of compliance and provide user support.
• Translate functional specifications into SAP role design.
• Design SAP security roles to meet business requirements.
• Support or lead projects related to SAP role design, modification, and maintenance.
• Support Change Management by ensuring consistency of security and roles across landscapes.
• Support end-user acceptance testing and integration testing.
• Customized transaction technical validation.
• Responsible for day-to-day technical support and resolution of security issues; troubleshoot SAP security problems including approval procedures and necessary compliance.
• Coordinate with functional/ABAP teams.
• Manage critical and complex issues; steady state activities.
• Spanish-speaking skill set is mandatory; proficient in conversational English.

What We're Looking For

• 5–6 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC with hands-on experience in SAP ECC.
• Technical expertise in user and authorization management for SAP systems.
• Experience with role design and SoD conflict remediation.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into SAP security designs.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish; good conversational English.
• Ability to support Change Management and end-user testing processes.
