About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a SAP Security and GRC Specialist to manage SAP roles, user access, and SoD across SAP landscapes. You will translate business requirements into secure SAP access, ensure compliance, and provide technical support and coordination with functional/ABAP teams. What You'll Do
- Manage SAP security roles and authorizations in SAP ECC.
- Design SAP security roles to meet business requirements and translate functional specifications into role design.
- Lead or support projects related to SAP role design, modification, and maintenance.
- Review critical and sensitive authorizations and remediate SoD conflicts.
- Ensure high level of compliance and provide user support across landscapes.
- Support Change Management by ensuring consistent security across environments.
- Support end-user Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing.
- Validate customized transactions from a technical perspective.
- Troubleshoot SAP security issues and collaborate with functional/ABAP teams.
- Co-ordinate with functional/ABAP teams and manage critical and complex issues.
- Perform steady-state activities and day-to-day technical security support. What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC with hands-on SAP ECC experience.
- Technical role focusing on user and authorization management for SAP systems.
- Experience in role design and SoD conflict remediation.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security controls.
- Ability to translate functional specs into SAP roles and maintain them.
- Experience supporting/change management across landscapes.
- Spanish language mandatory; English conversational.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment. Compensation & Benefits
