SAP SD Technical Functional Analyst

The SAP SD Technical Functional Analyst will support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP RICEF development experience, a foundational understanding of SAP SD business processes and configuration, exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments, and excellent English communication skills. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with global business and IT teams to support business processes and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP SD functional and technical activities, including enhancements, incident resolution, testing, and documentation.
- Develop and support SAP RICEF objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms.
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and functional solutions.
- Provide support for SAP SD business processes, including Customer Master Data, Sales Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping, Billing and Pricing, Basic Order-to-Cash processes.
- Assist with SAP SD configuration activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work with cross-functional teams supporting integrations between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, FI, and EWM.
- Support IDoc interfaces, data migration activities, and system testing.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, unit test cases, and end-user support materials.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and business stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of SAP ABAP experience with a strong focus on SAP RICEF development.
- Basic understanding of SAP SD business processes and functional configuration.
- 2 to 4 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation or support environments.
- Knowledge of IDoc processing and interface development.
- Professional fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years of SAP – SD experience. (Design, develop, implementation and support, both technically and functionally, of the SD module part of SAP).
- 7 years of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA experience.
- Project Management Experience.
