Job title: SAP SD Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP SD Support Specialist to analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance our SAP SD processes within TÜV SÜD’s global SAP landscape. If you have in-depth knowledge of the SAP SD module and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we look forward to your application!
What You'll Do
- Creation and maintenance of orders and order numbers; application maintenance of order numbers and periodic job adjustments
- Support for RESY and CATS
- Resolving posting and reconciliation issues in MDG
- Handling e-Invoicing errors in C11 and other countries
- Resolving common invoice and order issues
- Adjusting company structures for new STS
- Resolving application transfer issues
- Monthly bonus settlement during the first 2-3 working days
- Monitoring CATS jobs
- Processing tickets (analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and data maintenance)
- Supporting topics related to Service Requests and Change Requests
- Daily ITAS monitoring as a deputy
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the SAP environment
- SAP SD Expertise: extensive knowledge of SAP SD modules, particularly in sales, shipping, invoicing, and order fulfillment
- 2nd Level Support Experience: proven ability to handle complex support requests and problem-solving in 2nd level SAP SD support
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders
- Experience in customizing SAP SD to meet specific company requirements
- Planning, execution, and documentation of SAP SD tests
- Proper documentation of processes, adaptations, and solutions
- Working closely with other SAP module teams and IT departments to ensure seamless integration
- Quick identification and resolution of SAP SD issues to ensure system stability
- Deep understanding of enterprise processes, particularly in sales and distribution management
- English proficiency (>=B2)
Nice to Have
- German language proficiency is a significant advantage (>=A2)
