Medellín, Antioquia - Colombia. Location details: Medellín and Sabaneta, Antioquia, CO.

Role: SAP SD Specialist responsible for the architecture, configuration, and support of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. In this role, you will maintain a holistic view to ensure sales solutions integrate seamlessly with logistics, finance, and external systems (portals, apps, and billing platforms).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations (Support): Autonomous end-to-end incident management: contacting users, analyzing, resolving, and documenting cases.

• Requirements Management (Enhancements): Implementation of changes requested by the Product Team, ranging from basic field adjustments to complex technical integrations.

• Cross-functional Projects: Participation in large-scale projects (e.g., Omnichannel/Portals) interacting with Logistics, Finance, and external vendors.

• Integrations & Rollouts: Connecting SAP with satellite systems, as well as SAP implementations for new companies or M&A operations.

• Knowledge Sharing: Assisting in team training and knowledge transfer through practical teaching methodologies.

• Selection Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a consultant/specialist in SAP SD configuration and support.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD integration.

• Experience and knowledge in S/4HANA implementation.

• Proven experience connecting SAP with satellite systems (external platforms, billing systems, or customer portals).

• Experience with SAP Rollout implementations.

• English Level: B2.
