Job title: SAP SD Lead Solution Architect (Wholesale Industry)

We are seeking a SAP SD Lead Solution Architect to lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP SD/OTC processes for wholesale distribution. You will be the key liaison between the client and technical teams to ensure issues are resolved, processes improved, and SAP solutions delivered successfully.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD/OTC processes.
• Perform detailed analyses of complex business processes and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect operational requirements.
• Map operational requirements, processes and key objectives; develop product changes to meet customer needs.
• Design the SD/LE module, including documentation design, test scenarios and results.
• Supervise configuration and testing.
• Identify gaps, problems and alternatives.
• Act as intermediary with the client for problem-solving; investigate, analyze and resolve software-related issues.
• If needed, manage urgent changes or transports for high-priority problems.
• Proactively identify opportunities for business/process or system improvements and implement them.
• Provide consulting for new sites and ongoing support projects.
• Contribute to user training and ad hoc support as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects (multiple full cycles) including support, design and configuration of SAP SD and OTC processes in wholesale industry.
• Knowledge of main integration points with other SAP modules; MM, Finance or EWM experience is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables and projects concurrently.
• Experience in wholesale distribution industries.
• Understanding of accounting processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across regions.

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications are a plus.
• Experience with MM, Finance or EWM is an asset.
