About the Role

We’re AD/01, the tech studio that builds the future of food retail. The role focuses on delivering a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial implementation and aligning business needs with IT to design, validate, and implement robust financial solutions for Retail Business Services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver on a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial implementation; participate in requirements gathering, design, validation and implementation; produce deliverables, cost estimates and time estimates; collaborate with business, IT, SAP and SI to establish a new SAP Core Financial System for Retail Business Services; determine integration needs and design patterns; interface with software engineers and vendor partners; perform solution verification; help build legacy integrations; coordinate with QA for testing.

• Design, Development & Transition: design and develop the SAP S/4 Core HANA Financial solution aligned with the roadmap; provide SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial expertise in analysis and design; recommend components that work across domains; ensure artifacts are documented and stored; act as primary communications point for infrastructure, application, and data changes; ensure change management deliverables; maintain the integrated roadmap; adhere to design and development standards.

• Business Relationship Management: support the Business Consultant in leading relationships with function heads to define the roadmap; collaborate with Global Finance and IT to optimize IT investments; provide consulting to solve business problems; review processes for gaps and opportunities; ensure integration considerations and act as third level of support.

• Financial & Risk: forecast and plan for approved demand; establish risk management practices; participate in scheduling of programs; manage resources; balance speed, cost, risk and quality; stay abreast of emerging technologies relevant to retail/e-commerce; ensure budgeting processes are defined and followed.

• What We're Looking For

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Core Financial implementations and Finance IT environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and design documentation capabilities.

• Ability to interface with business, IT, SAP, and SI partners; experience in QA/UAT coordination and legacy integration awareness.

• Familiarity with change management, budgeting, risk management, and resource planning; project coordination experience for smaller initiatives is a plus.

• Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Retail Business Services context and integration patterns; experience with legacy system integrations.
