About the Role Mapfre Tech is seeking a SAP Projects Manager and Technical/Functional SAP Specialist focused on Logistics and Invoicing processes. You will lead cross-functional SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization projects across the Group, ensuring alignment with best practices, efficient processes, and scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage SAP cross-process implementation projects for procurement, sales and invoicing across Group companies, on SAP S/4HANA and various integration channels.
• Gather requirements to evaluate, size and value the SAP evolution across processes.
• Manage electronic invoicing projects (issued and received) across multiple channels and technologies.
• Analyze and integrate SAP processes within company processes; manage tool evolution.
• Analyze, validate and execute evolution requests, directly or via coordination with external providers.
• Execute technical activities and validate vendor technical proposals; coordinate with external staff.
• Adopt and integrate new SAP technologies into existing processes.
• Conduct testing and document the system; ensure user training and change management (UAT).
• Govern and provide functional ownership of RPAs related to business processes.
• Maintain defined processes through end-user training, change management, UAT and documentation maintenance.
• Provide user support for queries and incidents.
• Provide functional and technical support to other projects and processes within the department when timelines align.
• Report to internal stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy.

What We're Looking For

• Superior degree (Engineer or Licentiate) with at least 6 years as a senior consultant in Logistics and Invoicing (manual and electronic) across SD, MM and VIM modules.
• Ability to understand business value, architecture and service catalog of SAP platforms.
• Deep knowledge of current SAP billing platforms; proven experience implementing logistics and electronic invoicing with data reading/processing and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in electronic invoicing across multiple countries; knowledge of MM, SD and/or VIM.
• Proven integration skills with other systems.
• At least one end-to-end implementation leading invoicing and/or integration in an S/4HANA environment.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity, strong organization, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Analytical reasoning and customer-driven mindset.
• Availability to travel occasionally internationally for key project moments.
• English level B2.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as ARIBA.
• Technical analyst capabilities in SAP modules and integrations.
• Certifications in SAP technologies.
• Insurance sector knowledge.
• Knowledge of tax/withholding management in SAP.
• Quick adaptation to new knowledge areas; experience in Innovation.
