SAP Project Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance or higher

• Active Security+ certification (or open to obtaining during the first 30 days)

• Bachelor's Degree

• 7+ years of SAP experience

• Experience integrating SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and Asset Accounting modules

• Experience configuring SAP PS structures such as WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, project profiles, cost planning, budgeting, material requirements, time sheets, goods issues, and settlement

• Cradle to grave project lifecycle support experience

• Experience with S/4 Hana

• Title: SAP Project Systems Analyst

• Location(s): 100% remote

• Duration: 3 months contract to hire

• Pay rate on contract: $70 - $80 per hour

• Salary upon conversion: $150,000 - $170,000

Core Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional specifications.

Configuration & Setup:

• Configure SAP PS structures such as WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, project profiles, cost planning, budgeting, material requirements, time sheets, goods issues, and settlement

Integration:

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and Asset Accounting modules

Project Lifecycle Support:

• Manage processes from project creation → planning → execution → settlement, including cost control, availability control, commitments, and results analysis

Testing & Deployment:

• Develop test scripts, execute unit/integration/regression tests, resolve defects, and support go-live activities

Documentation & Training:

• Prepare business process documentation, functional specs, configuration guides, and training materials for end users

Ongoing Support:

• Provide production support, troubleshoot complex PS issues, and maintain system performance

Process Improvement:

• Recommend and implement process optimizations, aligning with SAP best practices and S/4HANA transformation goals

• Required Skills & Experience

Technical:

• Strong SAP PS functional knowledge; experience with WBS, networks, activities, milestones, cost/budget planning, settlement
• Integration expertise with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

• Ability to analyze business processes, design solutions, and document configurations
