About this role
Your Role Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (implementation, rollouts, upgrades, and support), ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resource allocation using structured methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate, Agile/Waterfall). Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and system integrators to ensure seamless execution and quality deliverables. Oversee change management, testing, and go-live activities while ensuring compliance with governance and best practices. Monitor project performance, provide regular status updates, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile 10+ years of experience in SAP project management and delivery across multiple modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD). Strong expertise in SAP methodologies, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven track record of delivering complex SAP programs within scope, time, and budget constraints. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) and experience with global implementations are highly preferred.
