About the Role EY's SAP Process & Technology Consulting team supports clients in Germany with transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and innovative solutions to optimize and digitize processes end-to-end. What You'll Do
- Advise companies on innovative and strategic solutions to improve digital processes and workflows.
- Lead national and international SAP S/4HANA transformation projects with innovative solutions to optimize, standardize, and digitize end-to-end processes along the value chain.
- Conduct strategy analyses for clients and develop tailored, innovative solutions based on findings.
- Work in innovative teams and lead their projects.
- Support and drive the expansion of internal communities to identify and develop best practices, tools, and innovative approaches to continuously improve consulting services and deliver optimal client solutions. What We're Looking For
- A completed degree and curiosity plus enthusiasm for evaluating and developing new innovative approaches, strategies, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving capability and ability to understand complex processes; high sense of responsibility and customer orientation.
- Very good communication skills in German and English at C1 level. Nice to Have
