About the Role Wipro's SAP Practice is seeking an SAP Practice Head for Enterprise Asset Management to lead growth of the SAP EAM services portfolio from the United States. The role focuses on expanding consulting services, shaping value propositions, and building executive-level client relationships to drive multi-million-dollar engagements.

What You'll Do

• Grow the SAP consulting/services business in SAP Enterprise Asset Management and adjacencies with a focus on revenue growth.
• Engage in consultative selling, translate business challenges into IT-enabled solutions, and formulate client-centric SAP roadmaps.
• Manage CXO-level relationships with strong business acumen and customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with offshore pre-sales for value propositions, RFP/RFI responses, solutions and presentations.
• Drive lead generation with alliances, marketing, and professional networks.
• Communicate best practices to clients and act as a trusted advisor.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 20 years' experience in the consulting or professional services industry around SAP technology.
• Exposure to S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Applications, Platform Migrations, Modernization concepts; AMS experience is mandatory.
• Strong exposure to asset-heavy industries (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, Process Manufacturing).
• Understanding of geospatial technology/integration is highly desirable.
• Strong technical/functional skills; experience managing customer relationships and leading multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Global delivery model experience; professional customer network preferred; ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 240,000 – 375,000 per year, depending on location, skills and experience.
