Job title: SAP PP-PI / SAP ECC Specialist (Production Planning)
About the Role Join FUCHS Group as an SAP PP-PI / SAP ECC Specialist responsible for the production and planning processes within SAP ECC, with a focus on FUCHS-EMEA. You will customize and optimize PP-PI, analyze current production and planning logic, support the production, planning and supply chain teams, and contribute to the S/4HANA transformation program (T2G).
What You'll Do
- Provide fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktions- und Planungsprozesse im SAP ECC, mit Schwerpunkt FUCHS-EMEA across FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH and FUCHS SE.
- Customize and optimize SAP PP-PI to map real production processes.
- Analyze existing production and planning logic and derive improvement actions.
- Support production, planning and supply chain teams with system-related questions.
- Ensure a stable, high-performing SAP operation in the production environment.
- Optimize and further develop MRP and planning parameters.
- Leverage APO functionality as needed and align with adjacent modules.
- Consider QM aspects in production processes.
- Coordinate external service providers for adjustments and extensions.
- Create functional change requests and maintain structured documentation.
- Support the S/4HANA transformation program (T2G) by providing ECC process knowledge, reviewing process/design decisions, and assisting with tests and user acceptance.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience; or several years of SAP PP (ideally PP-PI) experience.
- Very good process knowledge in production and production planning, preferably from the process industry.
- Experience in conceptualizing, implementing and introducing processes in P2M (Plan-to-Manufacture).
- Solid PP-PI knowledge and interfaces to adjacent modules.
- Basic ABAP knowledge to conceptually frame development requirements.
- Strong affinity for new technologies and willingness to work with modern SAP solutions (S/4HANA).
- High social competence, teamwork, communication and advisory skills.
- Travel readiness ~25% within the EMEA region.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
