SAP PI/PO Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

About the Role The SAP PI/PO Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will support EY's Mercury SAP technical landscape and associated technology solutions, including SAP ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, CLM, CPM and GRC, as well as cloud integrations such as SAP CPI, ARIBA, C4C and other cloud-based solutions. The role partners with the Application Technology-PI/PO Integration Lead and process-aligned Service Delivery Managers to provide technical expertise and ensure the integrated solution runs reliably while aligning with roadmaps. What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day operational support and management across the integrated SAP PI/PO solution and related functional areas (ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, CLM, CPM, GRC) and cloud integrations (SAP CPI, Microsoft Dynamics, C4C, ARIBA Buyer/Sourcing).
• Assess the impact of changes to the technical solution, provide guidance, and validate estimates from 3rd parties and internal teams.
• Collaborate with SAP Process Experts and the SAP Managed Service Support team to ensure proposed solutions are operationalized and aligned with technical roadmaps.
• Manage inbound/outbound interfaces and dependencies, maintain system integrity, security considerations, and overall performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, test plans, mapping specifications, and runbooks; support break/fix analysis and release management.
• Configure and support adapters and integration components (SFTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA, JDBC, FILE, HTTP, FTPS, IDoc, RFC, Mail) and cloud integrations (C4C, ARIBA, CPI).
• Contribute to SAP CPI development and support; leverage SAP BTP tools and products; familiarity with ABAP/Java development as relevant.
• Participate in change control, incident management, and knowledge sharing across global teams. What We're Looking For
• 8-10 years of SAP PO/PI middleware build/development experience, gained through implementation projects and post-go-live operations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, estimation, design, development, configuration, and administration, focused on integration.
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP PO/PI operations, production configuration, and change request solutioning; familiarity with adapters (SFTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA) and other connection methods (JDBC, FILE, HTTP, FTPS, IDoc, RFC, Mail).
• Knowledge of SAP PI/PO integration APIs and technologies (BAPIs, ALE, RFC, SOAP) and cloud integrations (C4C, ARIBA Buyer, ARIBA Sourcing).
• Strong security understanding (SSL, public cert/private keys, digital signing, PGP encryption); SAP CPI development and SAP BTP tools.
• Java development experience; ABAP familiarity with IDoc, Proxy, and function modules; testing, release management, and test plan development.
• Experience with SLD environment setup, RFC destinations, RFC/IDOC configuration, ALE, logical systems, ABAP proxy, and alert/transport mechanisms.
• Experience with unit/integration/UAT testing, mapping specifications (Web Methods) and SAP integration lifecycle.
• Understanding of functional areas (Procurement, Finance, Engagement Management) and international/global ERP rollout experience.
• Knowledge of message mappings (Graphical, JAVA, XSLT).
