SAP PI/PO Service Delivery Manager

About the Role EY's SAP PI/PO Service Delivery Manager will play a key role in supporting the Mercury technical landscape and related technology solutions which leverage or integrate with core SAP applications including SAP ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, CLM, CPM and cloud-based solutions such as SAP CPI, Microsoft Dynamics, C4C, ARIBA Buyer, ARIBA Sourcing. You will work with Application Technology-PI/PO Integration Lead and process-aligned Service Delivery Managers to provide specific, technical expertise required to run each business process while understanding dependent and impacted applications and interfaces. What You'll Do

• Assume operational responsibilities across the integrated technical solution and functional areas, including day-to-day support and management.
• Assess the impact of changes to the technical solution and provide guidance; validate estimates from 3rd parties and internal teams.
• Work with SAP Process Experts and the SAP Managed Service Support team to ensure proposed solutions are operationalized and aligned with technical roadmaps and ongoing support requirements.
• Manage inbound/outbound interfaces and have knowledge of dependent/impacted applications.
• Support SAP PO operations, production configuration, and change requests.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain system integrity in line with roadmaps and post go-live operations. What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of build/development SAP PO middleware experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering, estimation, design, development, configuration, and administration focused on integration.
• Strong documentation, test evidence, and architecture diagrams.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently; global collaboration across cultures.
• Deep SAP technical integration knowledge including PI/PO, interface monitoring, error handling and recovery.
• Proficiency with adapters and integration tools: SFTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA, IDoc, RFC, ALE, and related configurations.
• Experience with cloud integrations (C4C, ARIBA Buyer, ARIBA Sourcing) and CPI development/support.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP tools/products and ABAP/Java development.
• Experience with setting up SLD/audit environments, RFC destinations, Alerts, transport mechanisms, and test planning (Unit/Integration/UAT).
• Knowledge of functional areas: Procurement, Finance, Engagement Management.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to document mappings and specifications. Nice to Have
• Java programming experience.
• Deep SAP CPI development and SAP BTP familiarity.
• Break/fix analysis and solution recommendations for finance processes.
