The Role Job Description
What you'll bring You are a recent graduate with less of two years of work experience. You have a foundational knowledge of customer service, workflow management, and data handling. Familiarity with how service requests are processed, a methodical and organized approach to work, and a willingness to learn established operations systems and processes will help you contribute from day one. Solid English communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, curiosity about technology and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction are expected.
What you'll build You'll support sales operations service delivery by managing requests through defined workflows, prioritizing based on complexity and expertise. Maintaining accurate data and status records in related systems and communicating clearly with requestors, resolving straightforward service requests with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, and transferring complex requests to the appropriate experts or stakeholders are part of the regular work. You'll also contribute to process improvement and knowledge management activities under the guidance of more experienced team members. You will process quotes and contracts for SAP Business AI Platform deals worldwide, review pricing accuracy, and guide sales teams through approval and contracting steps, directly shaping how customers adopt SAP's AI products.
Where you belong The SAP Business AI Platform Commercial Office is a global team within SAP Customer Success, collaborating daily with sales, pricing, and legal colleagues across six regions worldwide. This 6-month to 2-year position builds a genuine foundation in enterprise technology and customer engagement.
