The Role
Job Description
Bring It You study Engineering, Business, IT, Economics, or a related field and communicate fluently in English. You work confidently with Microsoft Office tools and bring clear analytical thinking to your tasks. You ask questions, take ownership of your work, and collaborate well with others.
Build It
Driving key commercial outcomes for SAP customers — from contract renewal to controlled termination. You will coordinate directly with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to resolve customer cases. Your analysis of customer accounts will shape how the team prioritizes its next actions.
Belong
The Customer Evolution team works with existing SAP customers to deliver their next business steps. No two customer situations are the same, which keeps the work varied and substantive. You will build a genuine understanding of SAP's strategy, products, and the full customer lifecycle.
