About the Role Accenture’s SAP practice is hiring a SAP Manufacturing Workstream Manager in the Aerospace & Defense Enterprise Platform Advisory area. The role leads SAP manufacturing transformations, designs end-to-end solutions, and acts as a trusted advisor across client engagements, with opportunities to travel. What You'll Do
- Engage with client executives on business challenges and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future).
- Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases and roadmaps, including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations.
- Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, and add-on partner solutions.
- Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
- Lead small teams – onsite with clients or within Accenture – to achieve transformational roadmaps.
- Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise.
- Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
- Travel may be required; amount of travel may vary from 0 to 100% depending on business needs. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of experience and proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Aerospace & Defense clients, including driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, plus leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Aerospace & Defense clients.
- Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
- Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary ranges vary by location; from the following ranges: California $94,400 – $293,800; Cleveland $87,400 – $235,000; Colorado $94,400 – $253,800; District of Columbia $100,500 – $270,300; Illinois $87,400 – $253,800; Maine $80,400 – $216,200; Maryland $94,400 – $253,800; Massachusetts $94,400 – $270,300; Minnesota $94,400 – $253,800; New York $87,400 – $293,800; New Jersey $100,500 – $293,800; Virginia $87,400 – $270,300; Washington $100,500 – $270,300.
