You're currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications or a related field. You bring project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Are you an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of crafting impactful and tailored messages for various audiences.

Build It

In this role, you’ll support Supply Chain Management (SCM) and ERP programs and stakeholders by creating and distributing newsletters and slide decks to promote program updates and activities. You’ll manage meeting cadences, ensuring all communications and coordination are executed smoothly. Help oversee SharePoint management, organizing and maintaining content for easy access and collaboration. Additionally, you will develop and curate engaging and informative content to support program objectives. Lastly you will assist with ad-hoc requests by delivering tailored communication resources and materials.

As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will create and implement marketing strategies to support SCM and ERP programs, develop clear and engaging communications for stakeholders, manage digital platforms like SharePoint, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance team and program visibility.

Qualifications

  • Anticipated Start Date: November/December 2026

  • Duration: 6 Months (with potential 6-month extension)

  • Schedule: 40 HR/week

  • Hybrid (Mandatory): Newtown Square, PA

  • Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field.

  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

Any variable incentive amount is target-based, with actual payouts dependent on company and individual performance.
