About the Role Lead SAP HCM and payroll initiatives within Eskom, providing consultative services to customers and delivering complex IT projects in highly demanding, time‑sensitive environments. You will interact with senior stakeholders and mentor resources to ensure delivery aligns with Eskom's ITIL/SDLC practices. What You'll Do
- Provide a consultative service to customers.
- Perform business process re-engineering.
- Test solutions.
- Provide user support for logged problems and information requests.
- Provide system solution training.
- Monitor the status of the production interface jobs daily.
- Lead complex initiatives on behalf of the department.
- Design and support integrations between Payroll and other SAP modules (OM, PA, FI, Time Management, Benefits).
- Deliver business impact and executive presentations to key stakeholders.
- Interact with people at senior level and mentor resource development as needed. What We're Looking For
- Understanding of an IT environment and expert knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, POPIA and data classification, data archiving frameworks and processes, ITIL.
- Experience with SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, Tax Regulations, and Incentive Management.
- Ability to design and support integrations between Payroll and SAP modules (OM, PA, FI, Time Management, Benefits).
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, analytical thinking, business acumen, project coordination, and interpersonal relations.
- Demonstrated ability to present business impact to executives and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Mentoring and developing resources and working with senior-level stakeholders.
