About the Role Lead SAP HCM and payroll initiatives within Eskom, providing consultative services to customers and delivering complex IT projects in highly demanding, time‑sensitive environments. You will interact with senior stakeholders and mentor resources to ensure delivery aligns with Eskom's ITIL/SDLC practices. What You'll Do
- Provide a consultative service to customers.
- Perform business process re-engineering.
- Test solutions.
- Provide user support for logged problems and information requests.
- Provide system solution training.
- Monitor the status of the production interface jobs daily.
- Lead complex initiatives on behalf of the department.
- Design and support integrations between Payroll and other SAP modules (OM, PA, FI, Time Management, Benefits).
- Deliver business impact and executive presentations to key stakeholders.
